Job description

Description

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Inspector who will be responsible for conducting fire sprinkler inspections per NFPA 25 and NFPA 72 (when applicable) for all of DynaFire's clients and national accounts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of fire protection systems and strong analytical skills.


  • Perform fire sprinkler inspections and services across various client applications, ensuring compliance with NFPA 25.
  • Schedule inspections with clients and ensure timely completion.
  • File electronic copies of completed paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AHJs to facilitate compliance and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot basic fire alarm issues, such as silencing beeping panels.
  • Follow DynaFire's safety procedures and operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Learn and uphold DynaFire's mission statement: Protecting Lives and Property through Building Lifelong Relationships with our Team and Customers.

Requirements

Training and Certification Requirements:

  •  Valid Driver's License
  •  Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in fire sprinkler service
  •  FASA certification
  •  Back-flow certification
  •  NICET Level II or the equivalent in water based systems
  •  Proficient in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
  •  Fluent in back-flow, wet system, dry system, fire pump, fire pump controller, and alarm device terminology as well as troubleshooting procedures
