Position Overview:
As an In Room Dining Server at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will provide personalized, efficient, and high-quality in-room dining services to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable and seamless experience. You will be an ambassador of luxury and hospitality, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guest rooms while adhering to the resort’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all room service orders are accurately prepared according to guest preferences, following the resort's menu guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort’s menu offerings, wine lists, and special dietary options to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of room service trays, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and professionally arranged.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any special requests or concerns.
  • Follow proper procedures for room entry, ensuring privacy and security of guests at all times.
