How you will enjoy your day: To facilitate food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional and courteous manner. Assist in the coordination of new ideas in guest service, and in service training. Assist in the supervision of In-Room Dining servers in accordance with department and resort policies.

Work Performed:

  1. Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work with a clean, neat and pressed uniform.
  2. Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job (complete side-work).
  3. Take food and beverage orders in complete and timely fashion.
  4. Serve guest and internal employees in established standards.
  5. Keep workstation clean.
  6. Read all memos.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
  8. Operate Info-Genesis in a proficient manner.
  9. Control inventory and advise F&B Management of In Room Dining needs of day-to-day grocery items and small-ware, utensils, and equipment.
  10. Ensure amenities are delivered properly and that the delivery system is defect-free.
  11. Assist in the training of established service levels to ensure a consistent guest experience at a high quality level
  12. Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the Resort at all times.
  13. Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  14. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in F&B supervision or In-Room Dining experience. Must work well with or without direct supervision. Must be neat and well groomed at all times. Needs to be flexible, self motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-workers and management. Must also be able to perform all related duties as assigned and must maintain current food handler’s certification.
