We are seeking a Nurse Manager who is responsible for administrative and clinical oversight of our Nursing Department. The Nurse Manager will provide management, direction, and guidance to ensure the nursing staff delivers safe and effective treatment.

Position: Corporate Nurse Manager

Location: Malibu, California

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Providing supervision, direction, and training to the nursing staff on policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing the medication administration, documentation, and destruction process.
  • Holding regular meetings with the health and wellness staff individually and collectively.
  • Communicating with outside physicians to plan, deliver, and evaluate care.
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure notes are complete and accurate.
  • Responsible for scheduling staff in the Nursing Department.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate of Science in Registered Nursing required; Bachelors degree preferred
  • License: Current, valid California License in good standing as a Registered Nurse
  • Driver's License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
  • Travel between company locations in Los Angeles and Ventura counties is required.
