To thrive as a Registered Nurse, you need a strong foundation in clinical care, patient assessment, and medical knowledge, typically supported by a nursing degree and RN licensure. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs), patient monitoring equipment, and medication administration systems is essential. Empathy, adaptability, and clear communication are key soft skills for navigating patient needs and working within interdisciplinary teams.
