Elkhart General Hospital, a 254‑staffed bed Level III Trauma Center of Beacon Medical Group, is seeking BC/BE CRNAs to join our premier practice in Elkhart, Indiana. We are an autonomy‑focused practice with a medical supervisor model designed to support provider independence without micromanagement. We offer a full‑scope practice in a medically supervised care team model.

  • Fair & Balanced Call Schedule: Call shared equally among providers. Backup call is just 30 minutes away.
  • Low Frequency Second Call: Typically, two 2nd call shifts per month and one weekend every 6–8 weeks. All second call is taken from home.
  • Predictable Expectations: Most call involves staying late for addon cases; middle of the night call ins are rare.
  • Premium Compensation: Paid at a premium when asked to stay late or come in.
  • Extra Earning Opportunities: Additional hours available for those interested in picking up open shifts.
