We are excited to announce a full-time day shift position available from Sunday to Thursday, with every other Wednesday included, at our facility in Boise.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Shift Differential: Evening shifts receive an additional $1/hour, while night shifts earn an extra $5/hour.
  • Student Loan Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 annually after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Deliver care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions.
  • Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: A nursing diploma, either an associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree in nursing.
  • Licensure: Must hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state throughout employment.
  • Experience: Preferred one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR Certification: Must be obtained upon hire or during orientation, and must remain current throughout employment.
