RN Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

  • Develop and implement resident care plans and nursing strategies

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Administer medications and document treatments, resident conditions, and changes in status
