  • Patient Assessment & Care: Conducts comprehensive assessments, provides holistic nursing care, and notifies physicians of significant changes.

  • Care Planning & Coordination: Develops, directs, and evaluates individualized care plans, including patient/family education and discharge planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Treatment Implementation: Prepares patients for procedures, implements physician orders, and ensures patient safety protocols, including medication administration.
