Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
  2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
  5. Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.


Qualifications:

  1. Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of AL
  2. Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
