Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an Inpatient Hospice RN, you will be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, managing the holistic care of our patients and supporting their families. You will be responsible for:
  • Performing thorough patient and caregiver needs assessments.
  • Expertly managing pain and symptoms.
  • Coordinating seamlessly with the entire holistic care team (including our office staff, Medical Director, and attending physicians).
  • Providing essential education, supervision, and counseling to patients and family members regarding the end-of-life process.
