Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resident Clinical Care Oversight: Supervise and coordinate personal care, clinical services, and medication delivery to ensure quality care and compliance with state regulations and company standards.

• Care Planning & Assessments: Complete resident assessments, develop individualized care plans, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate follow-up interventions as needed.

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, train, coach, and supervise care staff to ensure excellent performance, accountability, and compassionate resident support.

• Family & Physician Communication: Serve as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers regarding resident care needs and changes in condition.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, OSHA standards, infection control procedures, and resident rights regulations.

• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audit resident records, review incident reports, and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Scheduling & Staffing Support: Assist with staffing schedules, hiring qualified team members, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

• Supplies & Inventory: Coordinate ordering and inventory of nursing, infection control, and resident care supplies.

• Emergency Preparedness: Support emergency procedures, disaster preparedness, resident safety protocols, and response planning.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
