Your Role as an RN:

As an RN at Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center, you'll take the lead in delivering top-tier care while supporting and guiding a fully staffed team of CNAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians using the “five rights” system

  • Supervise, direct, and support CNAs in their daily duties

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to the Unit Manager or Nurse Supervisor

  • Ensure compliance with residents’ individualized care plans

  • Handle and document all aspects of controlled substances and medication storage

  • Accurately chart in Nursing Notes, MARs, Treatment Records, and Care Plans

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
