About Myland Homecare
Myland Homecare is a growing Georgia-based homecare agency providing skilled nursing and personal care services to pediatric and adult clients across Metro Atlanta. .
We are building a strong clinical team and are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse who is eager to grow, learn, and develop real-world experience in assessments, care planning, and homecare operations.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for completing client assessments, developing service plans, conducting supervisory visits, and ensuring all care and documentation meet regulatory and company standards.
This position is ideal for a new graduate or early-career RN seeking hands-on experience in homecare, clinical documentation, and patient assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Assessments & Service Planning
Complete comprehensive RN assessments for all new client admissions
Develop individualized service plans based on client needs and physician orders
Update service plans as client conditions change
Supervisory Visits
Skilled Nurse Visits for medication administration
Medication Management
Conduct routine supervisory visits for PCA and skilled nursing cases
Ensure care is delivered according to the service plan
Identify and report any changes in client condition
Documentation & Quality Assurance
Review caregiver task notes daily for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Provide feedback and re-education to staff as needed
Maintain organized, audit-ready client records
Communication & Care Coordination
Communicate with Primary Care Physicians and other healthcare providers
Submit required clinical updates for pediatric (GAPP) cases
Coordinate with EDWP case managers regarding client care
Communicate all client updates to the RN Case Manager and Administrator
Compliance
Ensure adherence to Georgia DCH regulations and waiver program requirements
Maintain timely completion of all required documentation and supervisory visits
Work Schedule & Requirements
Part-time: Up to 30 hours per week based on client census
Flexible weekday schedule
Every other weekend on-call rotation:
Friday off during on-call week
Work Saturday and Sunday as needed
Must be available for field visits within service area
Position is temporarily remote; in-office work will be required in the near future when not in the field
Compensation
$150 per completed comprehensive assessment and service plan
$75 per completed supervisory visit
$40/hour for administrative and clinical duties
Mileage reimbursement for all field visits
Quarterly performance-based bonus based on compliance, documentation quality, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
New graduates and early-career RNs encouraged to apply
