Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)
We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. In this role, the RN will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities of the RN:
  1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of our RN team
  2. Monitor residents' conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accurately
  3. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and RN protocols
  4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
  5. Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans
  6. Maintain up-to-date and compliant RN documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
  7. Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents
  8. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other direct care staff
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN):
  1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you wish to work
  2. New grads encouraged to apply!
  3. Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing strongly preferred
  4. Solid understanding of clinical protocols and state/federal regulations
  5. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  6. Passionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering resident-first care
  7. BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
