Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focused Receptionist to join our progressively growing team. City View Towers is comprised of 430 apartment homes for SENIORS. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.

It is essential that the Receptionist report to work at his/her scheduled work hours. The Receptionist must be able to walk the property, including stairs, on a regular and as-needed basis in order to perform his/her job duties.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist Community Director and other office personnel in administrative tasks.
  • Answer property phone and take detailed messages to be addressed during regular office hours.
  • Keep the Community Director informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be addressed.
  • Any other administrative tasks as deemed necessary by management and ownership required to operate the property as efficiently as possible.
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
