Position Overview: Hiring Shift Managers and Track Operators

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for running shifts, managing the crew, and handling cash transactions. Shift Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage and motivate crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Engage with customers, enhancing their experience.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and performance management of the crew.
Shift Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.

Track Operator Responsibilities:
