This position gives you the freedom to work around your personal life. Work with clients in the comfort of their own homes and in facilities throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha County.
Always Best Care Senior Services specializes in high quality compassionate care for Seniors. We are growing and in search of Individuals who want rewarding work at a top workplace.
We are seeking caregivers for ALL shifts.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
Duties vary per client, and their specific needs. The following duties may be assigned in the plan of care:
  • Daily routine care (feeding, grooming and bathing)
  • Light shopping
  • Light housekeeping
  • Conversing with the client to provide assurance
  • Meal preparation and clean up
  • Reporting any incidents, complaints, and/or concerns to the agency immediately
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

All levels of experience are welcome!
  • Prior experience with companionship, meal preparation, personal care (incontinence, showering, shaving), dementia care would be a bonus!
  • Record of arriving on-time
  • Reliable transportation and current driver's license/insurance a plus
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have reliable home or cell phone communication

Work Environment
Direct Care Workers work out of the client's home.
