AO Racing commands attention with its fun liveries and fan-friendly presence. The iconic liveries of "Rexy" and "Roxy" the T-Rex Porsche 911 GT3 Rawrs and "Spike" the LMP2 Dragon have captivated fans worldwide earning AO Racing a dedicated following. We are currently competing in both the IMSA WeatherTech & European LeMans Championships. As we continue to build our programs for the future, we are looking for the right people to grow with us.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee all parts inventory for multiple race programs, ensuring accuracy, availability, and readiness for shop and track operations.
  • Manage ordering, receiving, labeling, stocking, and tracking of all components, consumables, and assemblies.
  • Maintain and optimize the team's parts management software
    Lifecheck, ensuring mileage, lifeing, and usage data are always current.
  • Build and maintain standardized processes for inventory control, including reorder points, vendor management, and quality checks.
  • Prepare and pack parts for race and test events, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with series regulations.
  • Collaborate with crew chiefs, mechanics, engineers, and leadership to forecast needs and support car builds, repairs, and development projects.
  • Track component lifing to manufacturer specifications and team standards, ensuring no part exceeds its safe or legal limits.
  • Manage returns, warranty claims, and vendor relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready parts department at all times.
  • Support the team at events, including parts distribution, emergency sourcing, and real-time inventory updates.

What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years automotive parts management & ordering experience.
  • Ability to read & interpret motorsport parts manuals and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GT3, LMP2 or similar high-performance race components, assemblies, and lifing requirements (preferred).
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems; experience with Lifecheck is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of international shipping processes, including carnets, customs documentation, and global logistics.
  • Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS shipping systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, build sheets, and manufacturer documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational staff.
  • Ability to travel extensively to races and tests as required.
  • Ability to lift and move parts and equipment safely in a shop environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and prevent issues before they arise.
