As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every medical component meets customer, regulatory, and Norwood Medical quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools and advanced inspection technologies.
  • Execute Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs), Green Tag inspections, Planned Process Verifications (PPVs), First Article Inspections, and Final Inspections.
  • Verify product conformance by interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
  • Troubleshoot dimensional and quality concerns using multiple inspection methods and measurement techniques.
  • Document inspection results accurately while maintaining Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Communicate quality concerns and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
  • Help maintain calibration systems, gauge integrity, and an organized, inspection-ready work area.
  • Follow all quality, safety, and regulatory procedures.
