What You'll Do

  • Perform routine inspections, testing, gauging, and instrument inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Review products and materials during and after manufacturing to verify compliance with company specifications and customer requirements.
  • Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, hardness testers, and other inspection tools to verify product dimensions and quality.
  • Inspect customer returns and assist with investigations and documentation.
  • Document internal nonconforming materials and support corrective action processes.
  • Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and quality records.
  • Follow established work instructions, quality procedures, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, hardness testers, and similar inspection instruments.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements and inspection results.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and quality procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining inspection records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation details: 19.03-19.03 Hourly Wage
