Job description

2nd shift (3:30PM- 12:00AM) Review of supplier-provided quality documentation (certificates, test results, etc.) Performance of mechanical inspection of manufactured and purchased machined parts using hand-held measuring devices. Performance of form, fit, function inspection to design drawings/mylars of sheet metal parts Performance of Over-inspections of finished goods inventory per Inspection Plan. Performance of visual inspection to ensure cosmetic acceptance prior to parts going to outside processing or internal finishing

Completion of inspection reports on company-provided formats Data entry in the organization's ERP system. Assisting other inspectors in fulfillment of their job duties, as required Performance of any and all tasks in support of the organization's Quality Management System - as assigned by the Director of Quality or his designee. Other duties may be assigned as required.
