  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:50 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 5th Shift (Weekend Shift): Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Production Support Technician to assist with late-night manufacturing and coating operations in Middletown, NY. This is a hands-on, process-driven role supporting pre-coating operations, in-process inspections, material movement, and production documentation.
This position is best suited for candidates with prior manufacturing or industrial production experience, especially those who have worked in environments where quality standards, inspections, and paperwork accuracy are critical. This is not a warehouse-only role and requires attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
Production Support Technician Responsibilities:
  • Follow established safety and operating procedures for support equipment used in pre-coating processes
  • Perform in-process inspections and checks on hardware prior to coating operations
  • Support production activities including baking, grit preparation, tooling setup, and related process steps
  • Accurately complete all production and process documentation in the correct sequence
  • Verify work meets quality and job requirements before advancing to the next operation
  • Transport parts and materials between buildings as needed (driving required)
  • Provide production support across multiple processes, including EBPCD and Plasma, as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license required (must be able to transport parts between buildings)
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding quality checks and documentation
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on overnight or weekend shifts
  • Physically able to perform job duties (lifting, pushing/pulling, bending, squatting, climbing, repetitive hand use)
Preferred Experience (Strongly Desired):
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or process-driven environments
  • Experience with in-process inspections, quality checks, or production documentation
  • Exposure to coating, plating, vacuum processes, aerospace, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Comfort working around machinery and in confined or controlled spaces

  • Frequent standing and physical movement throughout the shift
  • Repetitive motions and material handling as part of daily production support
