About the Role
Join a dynamic team in the Clinical Trials Division (CTD), where your work directly impacts patients awaiting life-changing therapies. As a Packaging Technician, you'll play a vital role in the assembly, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking to grow within a leading global organization.
Responsibilities
- Accurately label, assemble, and package pharmaceutical products, following strict SOPs and cGMPs.
- Operate manual and automated equipment for blister and bottle packaging.
- Complete precise counts and prepare packaging components to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in packaging rooms and with machinery.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all daily activities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Complete and review batch paperwork to ensure proper assembly of clinical supplies.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Wear required PPE and work in controlled temperature environments (-8ยฐC and -20ยฐC) as needed.
- Support additional shift or weekend overtime as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in packaging, labeling, or assembly.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
