Title: Corporate Tax Manager
Locations:

  • Philadelphia, PA (primary)

  • Pittsburgh, PA

  • Arlington, VA
    Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week onsite (office or client site)
    Salary Range: $112,000 – $160,000/year
    Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
    Position Type: Permanent 


Must-Have Qualifications
  • Active CPA in PA or VA (or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license

  • 4–7+ years of progressive corporate tax compliance or consulting experience

  • Strong experience with ASC 740, corporate tax provision prep/review/audit

  • Recent public accounting experience with a Top 15 firm

  • Experience supporting large, multi-state/national/global corporate clients

  • Ability to work hybrid (2 days onsite weekly)


Preferred Skills
  • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP)

  • Professional services background

  • Stable work history (no job changes every 1–2 years preferred)
