Manufacturing Operator (In Vue)

Job Description:

THE ROLE:Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (In Vue) to join our team.As anIn Vue Manufacturing Operator, you will assemble critical components-including valves, sensors, and flow control devices-that enable customers to precisely measure and dispense chemicals in high-performance applications. Working in a cleanroom environment, you will perform hands on assembly, soldering, testing, and documentation while following strict quality and safetystandards. Thisrole is a great fit for individuals who are detail oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and want to build technical skills in a supportive environment.HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 6AM-4PM MONDAY-THURSDAY OR 6AM-4PM TUE-FRIWHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Assemble valves, sensors, flow controllers, covers, and related components according to Standard Operating Procedures and technical instructions
  • Solder circuit boards and wire connections by interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly diagrams
  • Use hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment to perform precision assembly in a cleanroom environment
  • Conduct flow testing and other verification procedures to ensure product functionality and performance
  • Perform final assembly of valves, sensors, and other InVue devices
  • Package completed products in accordance with cleanroom, quality, and packaging standards
  • Enter production data, complete transactions, and generate documentation using SAP and other digital systems; maintain compliance with all training and documentation requirements
  • Conduct visual inspection of parts; take corrective action or escalate when defects or deviations are identified to ensure adherence to ISO and Entegris quality requirements
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, including production reports, rack tickets, component sheets, rework forms, and rejection charts
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities-such as 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, and process optimization-to support product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; communicate safety concerns immediately and follow all PPE and cleanroom attire requirements
  • Perform other duties as needed to support department and organizational goals.
WHAT WE SEEK:
  • Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US withoutsponsorship
  • High school diploma or equivalentrequired
  • At least one year of cleanroom, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical assembly documentation
  • Basic computer skills with ability to enter data accurately in ERP systems such as SAP
  • Familiarity withmeasurementtools (e.g., calipers, measuring tape) and performingprecise manual work
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination for soldering, wiring, and precision assembly tasks
