Machine Operator / Setup Technician

Location: Germantown, WI
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Join Our Production Team!

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Setup Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team in Germantown, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to build a long-term career.

The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating production equipment, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and maintaining high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate specialty printing and labeling equipment for rigid containers, including jars, bottles, cans, and pails.

  • Adjust machine settings for product changeovers, quality requirements, and production needs.

  • Follow work orders and production specifications to ensure proper machine setup and operation.

  • Complete required production and quality documentation.

  • Perform first-piece inspections and verify production meets quality standards.

  • Produce quality products while maintaining production efficiency.

  • Verify correct artwork, labels, and packaging before production begins.

  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

  • Monitor machine performance and communicate any issues to production leadership.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

  • Ensure production materials and supplies are available throughout the shift.
