Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Legal Compliance Officers to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii and Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Validates and monitors the effectiveness of organizational compliance programs to ensure ethical and legal operations.
* Coordinate internal audits and authorize Corrective Action Plans to address potential regulatory vulnerabilities.
* Approve training materials and policy updates to maintain a high standard of legal awareness across the workforce.
* Oversees the execution of compliance oversight for logistics and infrastructure tasks within the regional distribution cell.
* Coordinate with Procurement Teams to ensure subcontracts meet all mandatory legal flow-downs and report requirements for theater operations.
* Validate the accuracy of compliance records to support persistent logistics and theater exercises in maritime environments.
* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. Minimum Qualifications: Senior Level * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Professional-level certification in contract management or compliance. Preferred Qualifications: * 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
* Experience performing legal or contract compliance oversight for SOCPAC missions.
* Proficiency in regulatory research and risk assessment tools. Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
