Avec plusieurs studios specialises reunis sous un meme toit, Midtown offre une variete de programmes et de formations qui permettent a nos coachs de developper leurs competences, d'animer differents types de cours et de batir une carriere solide dans le domaine du fitness.

Nous sommes actuellement a la recherche de coachs pour enseigner les formats suivants:

  • Barre: un entrainement a haut volume pour tonifier, renforcer et allonger l'ensemble du corps

  • Hype: un cours de danse cardio a haute energie combine a du renforcement musculaire

  • CUT: un entrainement de force intense, rythme par la musique, axe sur le developpement musculaire et le sculpting en profondeur

  • Yoga: pratiques a la fois restauratives et dynamiques

  • Pilates Amped: un entrainement inspire du Pilates, energique et rythme par la musique

Experience en animation de groupes et capacite a creer des seances stimulantes et securitaires.

With multiple specialized studios under one roof, Midtown offers a wide range of programs and training opportunities that allow our coaches to develop their skills, lead different types of classes, and build a strong career in the fitness industry.

We are currently looking for instructors to lead the following formats:

  • CUT: a music-driven strength workout focused on heavy lifting and deep muscle sculpting
