Your Role

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals and drinks accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position serves as a key representative of the organization, maintaining high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
  • Prepare and process guest checks and payments accurately.
  • Assist with table setup, cleaning, and resetting according to company standards.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in training as required.
  • Perform side work and other duties as assigned.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
