Join our vibrant team at Edible Arrangements Manoa Marketplace as a Team Member! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about preparing fresh, beautiful, and delicious fruit arrangements, chocolate dipped fruit boxes and more to our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where creativity and teamwork are highly valued.
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with selecting and customizing edible fruit arrangements.
  • Prepare and assemble fresh fruit products according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and display areas.
  • Ensure quality control by checking the freshness and appearance of all produce.
  • Handle daily sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
