Location: Cleveland, Ohio

About Us:

Join a small, highly respected dental laboratory in Cleveland, Ohio, known for its dedication to precision and quality. We are a full-service lab specializing in crown and bridge work, with additional expertise in removable cases, All-on-X conversions, and implant restorations. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results while fostering a fun, family-like atmosphere.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in fixed and removable dental prosthetics, including crown and bridge work, but we are willing to train the right candidate in removable and All-on-X cases. This role requires a mix of traditional craftsmanship and digital expertise, working collaboratively with a close-knit team that values innovation, growth, and camaraderie.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate crown and bridge restorations, including metal frameworks and wax-pressed e.max restorations.
  • Perform staining and glazing of restorations to achieve optimal esthetics.
  • Contribute to All-on-X conversions and implant restorations.
  • Work on removable cases, with training provided if necessary.
  • Utilize digital workflows, including 3Shape and Exocad software for design.
  • Operate on-site printing and milling equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
  • Stay open to learning and adopting new techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in traditional crown and bridge work, including metal framework, wax press e.max, and esthetic finishing.
  • Some experience or a willingness to learn removable cases and All-on-X restorations.
  • Familiarity with digital dental technology, including CAD/CAM design software (3Shape and Exocad) and milling/printing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a desire to contribute to a supportive, fun, and family-oriented team.
  • A learning mentality and openness to new ideas and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000–$90,000, based on experience.
  • Benefits: 50% medical coverage.
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation plus 5 double-holiday days per year (e.g., the day after Thanksgiving).
  • Relocation Assistance: Available if needed.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to work in a highly respected, quality-driven dental laboratory.
  • Training and mentorship in areas where you wish to grow.
  • A supportive, team-oriented work environment that values personal and professional development.
  • Competitive compensation package with benefits and relocation support.
