Job description

Want to get your foot in the door in medical client service/sales in one of the fastest-growing industries? Can you handle high call volumes? Are you highly motivated and a self-starter?
We are seeking an exceptional Medical Laboratory Administrative Assistant for our core team in our main call center in Tempe, AZ. We are strong believers in making sure that we answer the calls to help patients and providers, no matter how large we get, we want to continue to offer that level of care. However, because of the high demand of patients and ordering doctors with questions or needing assistance, we need someone who is educated and qualified to speak with the care needed to handle patients, and the competency to assist demanding clinician requests.
Patient's Choice Lab is a fast-growing company that needs individuals who are very strong with technology and customer service. Interest in future supervisory/management roles is a plus.
Currently, the average day will range from 100-170 calls, and growing daily.
Preferred Education/Experience:
  • Medical terminology/background in laboratory medicine or the ability to learn complex material very quickly is required
  • A Bachelor's or Associates Degree is required
  • Strong Computer Skills (ability to type over 40wpm while talking on the phone)
  • Outgoing personality who loves customer service and sales

This job is 100% administrative.
