D.J. Bitzan Jewelers Inc is hiring a full-time Luxury Sales Professional who can create an amazing experience that results in sales-because we're not looking for someone to just "show jewelry." We're looking for someone who can listen, connect, guide, and make sales.

Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Greet customers quickly and warmly, then build genuine rapport.
• Ask great questions, listen well, and guide customers to the right jewelry solution.
• Recommend products and services naturally.
• Consistently sell to meet or exceed individual and store goals.
• Support engagement ring and bridal consultations, custom design conversations, and special orders.
