Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and energetic Hotel Hospitality Associates to support hotel operations through housekeeping, laundry, and public area maintenance responsibilities. This flexible short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income, temporary employment, or hands-on hospitality experience.

Associates will support various areas of hotel operations to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests. Individuals interested in longer-term employment may also be considered for permanent placement opportunities based on performance and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Guest Room Care

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
  • Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and guest ready.

Laundry Operations

  • Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
  • Fold, sort, and organize linens and towels.
  • Assist with inventory and distribution of clean linens to housekeeping teams.

Lobby & Public Area Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, fitness centers, and common areas.
  • Remove trash and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Ensure public spaces remain organized, clean, and welcoming.

Team Support

  • Assist other hospitality departments as operational needs arise.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest service standards.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and overtime when available.
  • Hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is helpful but not required.
