AGENCY LOOKING FOR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN'S) TO PROVIDE IN-HOME CARE

Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate professionals to become part of our team to provide exceptional care. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced LPN's to provide care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Wound Care
  • Medication administration and management
  • Provide one-on-one direct care in the home
  • Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
  • Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
  • Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Prior home care experience preferred but not required
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
  • Reliable Transportation
