Now Hiring: In-Home Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Independence, MO Full Time Day Schedule
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area - mentoring nurses and bringing steady, supportive leadership to home-based care.
What You'll Do
  • Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate field nurses
  • Provide training and ongoing education for nursing staff
  • Ensure services meet company and state standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support hiring/onboarding as needed

What You Need
  • Active RN license and approved nursing program graduate
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years
  • Supervisory and Home Health experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
