Job description

In-Home Hourly Residential Support personnel needed to work in ID/DD In- Home Services program in Martinsville, Virginia serving adults whose primary diagnosis is intellectual disabilities. Duties include training in independent living skills; personal care skills; housekeeping skills; and recreational & leisure activities in the home and in the community. Additional duties include transporting individual to outings/appointments within the community as needed via agency provided vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Must have ability to multi-task and document clearly. Residential experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Potential for evening and/or weekend hours.Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
