About the Role:
Join All One Gym Inc as a Gym Manager in Lakewood, CA, where you will lead our fitness community to new heights! This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your passion for fitness with your leadership skills to create an engaging and motivating environment for our members.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a clean, safe environment for all members.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase membership and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze gym performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member inquiries and concerns.
  • Organize and promote fitness classes and community events to engage members.
  • Maintain inventory and budget management for gym supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and gym policies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in gym management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for fitness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members.
  • Proficient in gym management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
