Job description

The Duality Project is a growing non-profit dedicated to giving essential care in communities like Ghana and America. We are forming a dynamic Creative Content & Social Media Committee to build and elevate the Duality Project's social media presence. You will work closely with fellow committee members to create an active, inspiring presence across our platforms, primarily focused on our Instagram (@dualityproject2) by designing graphics on Canva and other platforms, producing short-form video content, writing compelling captions, and collaborating on a monthly content calendar. This is a remote, virtual volunteer role requiring a commitment of approximately 3โ€“5 hours per week, offering hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up, a diverse portfolio of published creative work, and options for volunteer hours.

Qualifications

  • Volunteers are required to have some experience either using applications like Canva or having experience being on a social media committee similar to this.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for our non-profit's cause and a desire to use digital media for positive community impact.
  • Strong communication skills and excitement about collaborating, brainstorming, and sharing ideas within a 4-person team.
  • Ability to manage your own time, meet content deadlines, and communicate your availability clearly.
