Job Summary
Design and implement one or more programs including the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and data systems across initiatives at the Center for Business, Health, and Prosperity. Set goals for each program. Determine benchmarks for successful and effective programs that achieve intended goals. Ensure that the programs and services provided reflect the needs and expectations of the community. Collect feedback from members, volunteers, and staff to improve future programs/services. Responsibilities may include fundraising, budgeting, and community outreach for assigned program(s). May manage special events that publicize projects and programs to the community. Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline. Conduct work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Design and maintain monitoring frameworks, indicators, and reporting structures
  • Develop and refine data collection tools (forms, registers, reporting templates)
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across project sites and reporting levels
  • Produce routine reports (monthly, quarterly) for program and leadership use
  • Support evaluation activities, including data analysis and interpretation

Data Systems & Architecture
  • Build and manage multi-tiered data systems linking:
  1. Service delivery
  2. Program operations (training, supervision, equipment, supply)
  3. Financial tracking
  • Establish workflows for data collection, validation, aggregation, and reporting
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools (primarily Google Sheets or similar platforms)
  • Ensure systems are usable in low-resource, field-based environments

Operations & Decision Support
  • Track key program metrics (e.g., staffing, service delivery, supply status)
  • Develop and maintain leadership dashboards and summary reports
  • Analyze data to inform operational decisions and program improvements
  • Support performance review and accreditation-related processes

Training & Implementation Support
  • Train field teams and supervisors on data tools and reporting processes
  • Develop SOPs and guidance documents
  • Support rollout of new tools and workflows

Cross-Program Support
  • Apply data system and evaluation approaches across multiple initiatives
  • Support grant reporting and proposal development as needed
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based and Ghana-based teams

Other duties as assigned
