Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialized medical functions and deliver emergency treatments to patients during rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground transport.

  • Document assessment and treatment information accurately for stabilization and billing.

  • Facilitate effective communication between management, customers, and various stakeholders.

  • Participate actively in public relations and marketing efforts to promote the services.

  • Stay updated with the latest protocols by attending mandatory meetings, skill labs, and continued education sessions.

  • Ensure all certifications and competencies are up to date, reporting clinically under Medical Director's licensure.

Requirements:

  • Active paramedic certification in the state of employment.

  • Minimum 3 years (5 preferred) of experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service.

  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS; NRP preferred.

  • FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.

  • Preferred experience in flight or transport roles.

  • Completion of our client’s educational/orientation program.

  • Effective human relations skills and basic computer proficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.

  • Ability to pass a pre-placement exam, including lifting up to 100 pounds and maintaining body weight below 235 lbs.
