  • Support marketing procurement and budget operations, including purchase order processes, agency/vendor spend tracking, and coordination with finance and procurement partners
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve process adoption, increase efficiency, and strengthen visibility into event performance and marketing operations
  • Communicate process changes, tool enhancements, optimization opportunities, and adoption expectations clearly to stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization
  • Manage project communications, risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure issues are documented, escalated, and resolved with the appropriate team members

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of eight years of professional experience in event planning, event operations, or event marketing
  • Experience managing large-scale live, virtual, and/or hybrid events, including trade shows, customer programs, executive meetings, or internal sales events
  • Minimum of two years of experience supporting change management, process improvement, or marketing operations transformation
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and vendors simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with planning and tracking tools, such as budget trackers, project timelines, logistics plans, event specifications, meeting agenda, action trackers, and deliverable schedules
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 40%-50% based on business and event needs

WE VALUE
