Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support the events team with day-to-day planning and event logistics.
  • Assist in coordinating event details, including vendor communications, scheduling, and setup.
  • Participate in on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain event materials, presentations, and client-facing documents.
  • Provide post-event feedback and help with reporting to improve future events.
