The mission of the Events & Experiences Department is to create elevated events & experiences to inspire and excite our audiences and position Aritzia as the ultimate Everyday Luxury destination.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Events & Experiences team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering innovative and impactful events and experiences for our clients and external partners. You will play a pivotal role in designing Aritzia's Events & Experiences strategy with a focus on planning, organizing, and producing retail events. With your valuable contribution to the business in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in Events & Experiences to continued growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager / Manager, Events & Experiences, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with theappropriate BusinessSupport partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Translate the strategy into the approach for Events & Experiences across retail events
  • Seamlessly manage and measure our events & experiences programs
  • Develop and execute retail events that reinforce our Everyday Luxury positioning and deepen loyalty
  • Develop and execute culturally relevant retail experiences that increase brand awareness and brand affinity with an element of surprise and delight

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager / Manager, Events & Experiences, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in events & experiences, particularly at a luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
