Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Project Coordinator.
Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Project Coordinator to ensure the safety and security of all parties involved in our events. With a focus on pro-active planning, risk management, and team leadership, the Security Project Coordinator will play a critical role in delivering seamless and secure events. The Security Project Coordinator will expect some travel as part of their role in supporting and participating in events.
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Technical Security Team. The successful applicant will assist with various security related tasks aimed at ensuring the safety of our colleagues and maintaining compliance standards. While a background in security is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Technical Security Team in tasks related to security and compliance.
  • Conduct audits of facility access control systems for Corporate, Non-Retail, and Retail locations, including generating and reviewing quarterly audit reports.
  • Assist the Project Team with CCTV audits, which include:
    • Evaluating store CCTV systems for compliance with established standards.
    • Ensuring image quality meets requirements.
    • Verifying that camera views align with compliance standards and capture necessary areas.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word).
  • Willingness to learn new application systems, including:
    • OnGuard Lenel Access Control
    • Genetec Video Management
    • ClickIt Video Management
    • Smartsheet
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager to support the overall objectives of the Technical Security Project Team.
