What does a day at a live event or retail campaign look like? Meeting new people, introducing them to a brand they may not know yet, and helping them sign up or get started on the spot. Brand Fusion is hiring a Promotions & Events Representative to do exactly that for our clients across Metairie.

The Role
You'll work at promotional events and retail locations, representing client brands face-to-face and guiding customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases. It's a hands-on, people-facing role with training and coaching built in from day one — no events or promotions background required.

Day to Day

  • Set up and represent client brands at events and retail locations
  • Approach and engage customers directly, face-to-face
  • Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly
  • Help customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results
  • Work with the team to hit event and campaign targets
  • Take part in regular training sessions
