Job description

At Vadis, you'll help people with disabilities find meaningful employment while supporting businesses and communities in becoming more inclusive. You will work alongside passionate, supportive coworkers and leaders who will invest in your growth and development.
What You'll Do
  • Support clients in identifying and achieving employment goals through person-centered planning
  • Build strong relationships with employers to create inclusive job opportunities
  • Coach clients in work readiness, social, and self-advocacy skills
  • Facilitate referrals, intakes, and vocational assessments
  • Support job starts with on-site training for clients and employers
  • Collaborate with families, educators, funders, and community partners

Pay & Benefits
  • Full salary range for this position is $25.50 - $30.28 per hour. Upper end of the range allows for growth over time.

Schedule
This is a Full Time position. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs. Please note, this is not a remote position.
