Overview

Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications between the agency and existing clients.

Support the Associate Business Director / Business Director in developing and delivering effective communication strategies aligned with clients' business objectives and marketing requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (within the agency and/or the group) across multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure cohesive and efficient campaign execution.

Closely monitor communication trends and oversee competitive audits and reporting.

Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts while managing allocated resource teams.

Supervise, inspire, and mentor executive team members.

Responsibilities 
  • Strong understanding of the advertising, social media, and media industries, and the role of communication strategy within them.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of clients' businesses (industry, market, products) and their competitors, and translate key learnings into strategic insights.
  • Build and maintain excellent day-to-day client relationships while identifying and fostering consulting opportunities whenever possible.
  • In-depth knowledge of agency capabilities, processes, and tools.
 
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Ensure all key supporting assets are consistently up to date and driving productive outcomes, including agendas and contact reports delivered on time with clear key deliverables, while ensuring those deliverables are executed within agreed timelines. 
  • Lead and facilitate team status meetings to align internal and external stakeholders on project priorities, objectives, and goals. 
  • Manage expectations, timelines, and quality standards, securing alignment from clients and team members with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate ownership and confident management of multiple projects across multiple clients, markets, and internal stakeholders.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations and ensure the KPIs for each project are achieved.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a communications, digital, or media agency; candidates may also come from a marketing or client-side background
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic, with the ability to review written content, identify linguistic or spelling errors, and ensure accuracy and quality.
