You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.

Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
  • Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
  • Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
  • Recognize and reward excellent performance
  • Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
  • Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
  • Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
  • Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
  • Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
  • Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
  • Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Minimum

  • 3 years previous management/supervisory experience
  • 5 years customer service experience
  • Passion for living a healthy life
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
  • Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
  • Able to work at least 50 hours per week
