Job Summary:
Assumes accountability for assessing, coordinating and implementing care and service from admission through discharge for assigned patients. Coordinates communication of all patient related information to appropriate personnel internally and externally. Adheres to agency standards and ensures confidentiality of patient information and patient rights.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • RN License in the State of Rhode Island or a state participating in the Nursing Compact
  • BSN preferred. For AD graduates applying, must provide evidence of enrollment for BSN program with completion within 3 years
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  • One year acute care nursing experience
  • One year home care experience
  • Valid driver's license & auto liability insurance as mandated by State of RI
